How is the return process at Cutipol.com?
Dear customer, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with an order, the purchase contract may be terminated within 14 DAYS upon receipt of the order. The buyer must send an email to email@example.com
After the communication made under the previous paragraph, Cutipol will then send an email to the user with instructions for making the return.
All shipping costs and customs clearance will be paid by the customer. You can also choose to return your order for free at one of the Cutipol stores.
In case of return of all or part of the order, Cutipol will return the amount paid by the user, excluding transportation charges, as well as any import duties, customs or other charges, which will not be refunded.
Refunds will be processed once returned items have been checked and accepted. For orders paid via PayPal, it will be refunded to the original account.
Returns and exchanges must comply with the procedures of the terms and conditions of the return policies:
• Items must be returned with all packaging and other accessories shipped along with the order.
• Cutipol reserves the right to refuse to receive items whose return has not been previously authorized and / or which have not been sent through the same carrier, as indicated in the email sent with the return instructions.
Otherwise, such items will be returned to the sender to the original shipping address at the user's expense.
Returning defective items will only be accepted if the items are already defective at the time of delivery to the user. Cutipol makes every effort to carefully check all items for defects before shipping.
Cutipol reserves the right to request photographic evidence for defective items or wrongly shipped goods prior to authorizing return for the purposes of reimbursement of shipping costs and Import Duties.
All items returned as defective will be duly inspected upon receipt, and all items subject to normal wear will not be considered defective.
Defective items will be exchanged for an identical item, subject to availability. Return of defective items must be requested within 14 DAYS upon receipt.
If Cutipol cannot replace the defective item, it will refund the amount paid through the payment method originally used, the same amount paid by the user.
Cutipol does not accept returns of cutlery storage cases.
