Customer Service Returns

How is the return process at

Dear customer, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with an order, the purchase and sale contract may be terminated within 14 DAYS upon receipt of the order. The buyer must send an email requesting a refund to [email protected] in that period.

After the communication made under the previous paragraph, CUTIPOL will then send an email to the user with instructions to make the return.

In case of return of all or part of the order, CUTIPOL will refund the amount paid by the USER, excluding transport costs, as well as any import duties, custom clearance or other charges. Using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction

All shipping costs (if applicable) and customs clearance costs will be the responsibility of the customer. You can also choose to return your order to one of CUTIPOL stores for free.

Returns and exchanges must follow the procedures in the Terms and Conditions of return policies:

  • Items must be returned with all packaging and other accessories sent with the order.
  • CUTIPOL reserves the right to refuse receipt of items whose return has not been previously authorized.


Otherwise, the products will be returned to the original shipping address at the USER's cost.

Return of defective items will only be accepted if the items are already defective at the time of delivery to the USER. Scratches or dents resulting from use or poor maintenance practices, are not considered manufacturing defects by CUTIPOL, therefore they are not considered as valid reason for a return request. CUTIPOL makes a great effort to carefully check all items for possible defects in the items before shipping them.

CUTIPOL reserves the right to request photographic support for defective items or wrongly shipped merchandise before authorizing the return for refund of shipping costs and Import Duties.

All items returned as defective will be properly inspected by our quality control department. and all items subject to normal wear and tear will not be considered defective.

Defective items will be exchanged for an identical item, subject to availability. The return of defective items should be requested within 14 DAYS after receipt of the same.

If CUTIPOL cannot replace the defective item, it will proceed to refund the amount paid through the payment method originally used, in the same amount paid by the USER.

CUTIPOL does not accept returns of storage cases for cutlery.
