Shipping
After the payment confirmation, your order will normally take 2 - 5 working days to be delivered.
For orders with PVD finishes (Black, Copper and Champagne) delivery time will be up to 6 weeks. Due to the diversity of pieces and finishes per model available at the CUTIPOL store, all orders are made to order, except some cases we have it in stock.
During Festive Seasons, National Holidays and CUTIPOL’s Vacations, delivery times might be slightly longer than usual.
The delivery times indicated above are only indicative, and do not consider any possible delays caused by problems as payment authorizations or customs clearance in the country of destination.
Orders will be delivered to the address defined as the USER's address, entered in the website registration. If the USER wishes to have the order delivered to an alternative address, this must be stated at the time the order is completed.
If the USER wishes to ship items to more than one address, the USER must place an order to each of these addresses. In this case, the USER will be charged a shipping cost for each order placed.
Providing the wrong address is the USER's responsibility and may lead to additional costs.
CUTIPOL will not be able to change the delivery address of orders once they are sent.
CUTIPOL has no information about possible customs clearance fees in the destination country, so such cost is covered by the customer.
CUTIPOL reserves the right to request the return of the order that is in the process of customs clearance in the country of destination, when the customer refuses to pay the inherent costs.
The shipping costs of the items ordered will be added (if applied) to the total value in the checkout process.
CUTIPOL offers shipping costs for orders over 90 euros for Portugal and over 300 euros for the rest of the world.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. So the USER can track the order any time on the carrier's website.
