ASA Selection has collaborated with top chef Tim Raue to create a range of tableware with a unique shape language.
Tim Raue is a well-known and accomplished entrepreneur and chef hailing from Germany, and has made a name for himself globally as one of the few German chefs redefining top gastronomy.
His restaurant has been recognized with numerous accolades, such as two Michelin stars and 19.5 Gault&Millau points, as well as being named Restaurant of the Year 2019 by FEINSCHMECKER. Additionally, it has secured a permanent place on The World's 50 Best Restaurants list since 2016.
Made from high-quality porcelain, the Kolibri series is both resilient and versatile, making it suitable for both professional and amateur chefs.
The collection boasts an elegant design, available in five different glazes, including light shades of petrol and grey that appear almost as if painted with watercolors, and highly reactive glazes that offer individual color shades such as chestnut and rusty red, which stand out for their impressive sheen.
Kolibri is also the name of a menu served in the Tim Raue restaurant, combining dishes that have helped to write the chef's success story.
